E-mail WebAccess


Faculty and Staff

Faculty and Staff use Outlook WebAccess to check their Outlook (Exchange) e-mail online.


Student Email

Students will use Office 365 to check their e-mail online.


NOTE – FIRST TIME STUDENTS – Your temporary password for Email, WebAdvisor, and Computer login is your birthday in the 8 digit format 01011990. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR EMAIL WITHOUT FIRST CHANGING YOUR TEMPORARY PASSWORD! Computer logins, Email, and WebAdvisor feature a Single Sign On login that is set once you login to a computer on campus. To change your temporary password to a permanent one for all systems before you arrive on campus, you can also visit can you buy genuine viagra online where you can enter your username, and temporary password, and confirm your new password. ** – Email Activity
Students – you will need to login to your E-mail account at least once every 180 days, or 6 months, or your account will be flagged as “inactive” by the Office 365 system and placed in a “blocked” state. The mailbox will still receive email, however, your account will have to be reactivated before you will be able to login.

Student Account Setup, Configuration, Mobile Devices


When logging into your O365 @ UACCB account, your username is your full email address.

When you click to the O365 @ UACCB link, you will be taken to the UACCB Log-in Portal.


Global Password

Student’s Active Directory/computer login password is their global password allowing them to access all systems – Computers, WebAdvisor, and Windows Live Email. See below to see how this is set.

When Do I Receive My Passwords and what are they?

Active Directory/Computer Login If you are a new student, your initial password for your login to the computer will be your birthday in the format of an 8 digit number (i.e., 01011990). The permanent, final password is set when a student logs into a computer on campus for the first time and is prompted to change it or visits the password change link found at

WebAdvisor – Upon application, Students receive a WebAdvisor password that can be used immediately to access WebAdvisor. The initial password is the student’s 8 digit birthday. The password will prompt you to change it. However, as mentioned above, once a student is enrolled in classes and is added to Active Directory, this password becomes your global password for access to all systems regardless of what the initial WebAdvisor password is set to.

Office 365 Email – Student’s Office 365 email password is the same as their Active Directory/computer login password.

Password Requirements

  • Your new password must be at least 8 digits long.
  • Your new password must not contain the user’s account name or parts of the user’s full name
  • Your new password must contain at least one uppercase letter and number

Changing Your Password

There are two ways to change your password:

  • Login to a computer on campus and you will be prompted to change your password
  • Visit and change your password via the web form.
  • After you change your password either via computer login or the web form, this password will be set as your password for all systems – WebAdvisor, Email, and UACCB computer login.

After you enter your email address and 8 digit birthday as your password, click or enter Sign in and you will be taken to the password change form. Fill in your email address and your temporary password. Then enter your new password and confirm it in the “Confirm new password:” field.

Using your Office 365 mail with other programs/devices

With the move to Office 365, Students will now be able to setup their mobile devices/smartphones to sync with their Office 365 email. To set up your mail for use with mobile devices, you will need to get some information first.

  • The username is your email address ( You can set your password by logging into a campus computer if you don’t know it.

SkyDrive and Office Web Apps

  • If you were a current student prior to the Office 365 migration from Live@EDU (4/1/2013) a separate SkyDrive account has been created for you at Microsoft SkyDrive
  • Please Note: As of 4/1/2013 UACCB will no longer be able to help you with your SkyDrive password issues. If you are having trouble logging into your SkyDrive account, log into your UACCB email and under your Profile section input a phone number. Microsoft says they can reset yor password to your SkyDrive account via text message or automated phone call, but only if this information is present in your Office 365 account.

Office Web Apps

Students are able to create and open Microsoft Office Documents straight from their Microsoft SkyDrive login session via a web browser. This means that you can create or edit your Microsoft Office documents on a computer that does not have Microsoft Office installed. All you need is a web browser and your Microsoft SkyDrive login.
