New Students - First Time Login Procedure
- If you are a NEW Student on campus, you are required to CHANGE your password before you can successfully login
- To Change your password login using your temporary password and follow the prompts

If you are experiencing issues logging into your e-mail account check these first (See Common Questions):
* Make sure you are entering your username correctly
* Make sure you are entering your password correctly
* If you are a NEW student (meaning you have never logged into UACCB email before), you will not be able to login until you change your password
Common Questions
Q: What is my userid for E-Mail?
A: Your userid is located on your Student ID card. Example: jdoe1234@uaccb.edu. ***Note, you do not need to type the full email address. Use the username in front of the @uaccb.edu***
Q: What is my password for E-Mail?
A: If you are a new student and have never logged into a computer on campus, you MUST change your default password (birth date MMDDYYYY) to login and activate your e-mail account. If you have already logged in on campus and were prompted to change your password, you will use that password to login to your campus e-mail.
Note – Your Windows login password and your e-mail password are the SAME.
Example of changing your password:
Username: Enter your username shown on your student ID card
Old password: If you have never logged into a UACCB campus computer, this will be your birthdate in form (MMDDYYYY, i.e, 01012009)
New password: Type in your new password of choice
Confirm new password: Retype your new password that you typed in the “New password” field.
